Meghan’s background includes individual, family, and group counseling. Meghan uses person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused interventions to help her patients achieve their goals and adapts her therapeutic approach to address the unique needs of each patient. She has worked with patients from diverse backgrounds and has co-facilitated groups on various topics including anxiety, self-esteem, and mindfulness. She has experience treating anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment disorders, stress management, ADHD, low self-esteem, grief, and crisis intervention among all other behavioral health concerns.

Meghan knew she wanted to work in a helping profession since she was young, and this was even more solidified during her undergraduate experience at the University at Albany. Through personal experiences and education, she became passionate about supporting those in need and de-stigmatizing behavioral health. Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with people and providing an opportunity for her patients to grow and feel supported.
