In person
Many CCP Behavioral Health Consultants (BHC) are located right within your Community Care doctor’s office providing a convenient and familiar place for you to meet with your BHC. Integrated Behavioral Health also has a location at the multispecialty health park Wellness Way in Latham, NY for certain types of appointments.

Virtually
We offer telemedicine visits via video providing the ease of being able to meet with your BHC from anywhere. The platform is secure and easy, no software to download, just one simple click and your visit begins. And you can connect from your phone, tablet or computer. It’s easy, convenient, and just as comfortable as if we were in the same room.

By phone
We also offer phone visits for those that might have internet connection issues but would still rather not travel to their appointment.

Which location is for me?
You choose! In most cases, you get to choose the “location” of your visit. There are only certain appointment types or situations that we would request an in-person visit for.
