Lauren Hospedales is a Mental Health Counselor and works as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) on our Integrated Behavioral Health team. BHCs at Community Care Physicians are licensed mental health providers and social workers. Many are embedded within our practices working side by side with your doctor and health care team in delivering you the best “whole person” healthcare possible.

During Lauren’s training in psychotherapy at Albany Medical Center’s outpatient psychiatry, she had the opportunity to work with patients with ADHD, personality disorders, and anxiety.

Lauren always remembers to lead with humanity and compassion. She loves seeing incremental growth in others and helping them find clarity and relief in ways they haven’t been able to experience yet. Lauren finds seeing patients evolve with her help is most rewarding.

During her spare time, Lauren enjoys a variety of arts, including guitar, painting, and crafts.
